By doing the important things today almost totally hands-free, no masses of paperwork or red tape, no staffing or material cost whatsoever and most importantly no disruption to their business. These funds are not just for the few who have teams to negotiate with councils, government departments or any other red tape.

WHO ARE WE?
We all now know that gas and electricity prices are going to be high for a long time, and the only real way to make significant savings is to not use as much energy. This French government-backed scheme is designed to assist people to reduce their energy consumption in their businesses across France and some of its territories.
ESG has been doing this for several years now and the founders have more than 75 years of experience at all levels within this arena; including installing and managing smaller businesses that all have the same goal: to save energy for a better tomorrow while saving money today.

WHAT IS PIPE INSULATION?
The hot water pipes that supply apartments, offices, factories, hospitals and many other work spaces with hot water; generally loses heat in the regions of 10 to 15 degrees in transit through the common areas. When the hot water makes the long journey between a collective boiler and the tap, we notice that we have to wait a while for the hot water to arrive. Pipe insulation mitigates a lot of that wasted energy.
Insulating consists of insulating hot water circulation or heating installations to reduce thermal energy losses. This operation also protects against condensation and frost.

ZONE CONTROLS
A zone control system uses thermostats to connect to a central control panel to open and shut dampers distributed throughout your ductwork, thus blocking or releasing hot or cold air. You set the temperature for each zone via each thermostat, and the zone control system does the rest of the work for you.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Most pipe insulation and zone control work is covered by the state. We are able to give you a pretty good idea if you will be eligible for free supply and fit after asking a few questions about the building.
